Kids' Sewing (Beginner) - Session 2

Missed the first round? This second Kids’ Sewing (Beginner) session is a fresh chance for kids to start their sewing journey.

A fun, confidence-building intro to sewing for kids! They’ll learn machine basics while making simple, useful projects to take home.

What we’ll do:

• Learn sewing machine safety and how to thread and operate the machine
• Practice sewing straight lines and gentle curves
• Use pins and an iron safely
• Make simple, small projects (like cushions, bags, or similar beginner makes)

Prerequisites: None. Absolute beginners welcome.

Format: 6-week series – 1.5 hours per week

Schedule (Session 2 – Winter 2026):

• Day: Thursdays
• Time: 4:30–6:00 pm
• Dates (6 weeks): February 19, 26, March 5, 19, 26, April 2 (no class March 12)
